Description

Heliskiing in the heart of wild Iceland

Located in northern Europe, Iceland is a wild and spectacular island, bordered by the North Atlantic Ocean and just a stone's throw from the ArcticCircle. It is a land of ice and fire, where ski and snowboard enthusiasts find exceptional terrain for a unique heliskiing (heli-skiing / heli-skiing)experience.

With its steep peaks reaching over 2 meters, deep fjords, and cold, stable snow, Iceland is a paradise for advanced skiers. From March to May, as the days lengthen, you can ski from volcanic ridges to the ocean's edge in the striking northern light.

At the heart of the program: the Tröllaskagi peninsula – nicknamed the “Troll Peninsula” – a preserved territory in the north of the island, where heliskiing is practicedin small groups, on immaculate lines, between sea and mountains. Make Iceland your playground and experience an extraordinary adventure, between untouchedpowder, endless panoramas and the feeling of absolute freedom.

Ski beyond the Arctic Circle
Welcome to the Tröllaskagi Peninsula, a natural sanctuary free of mechanical exploitation, where you can ski between Arctic peaks and the Atlantic Ocean. Thanks to its cold, dry climate, the snow remains stable and powdery from February to the end of April.
Just a 5-hour flight from major European capitals, Iceland offers an exotic, exclusive and spectacular heli-skiing experience in one of the last great unspoiled territories accessible by helicopter.

Small groups, big days
The operation is based on light and efficient logistics: only 4 groups of 4 people per machine, for a sustained pace and a maximum number of descents.
The first run is a 5-minute flight from the lodge, and it's not uncommon to make 12 to 15 drops per day, depending on the conditions. Iceland is a decidedly sporty destination, designed for motivated skiers who want to link lines and maximize their glide time.

Powder fields & steep slopes
Each day allows you to alternate between large fields of soft snow, open slopes overlooking the fjords, and — for adrenaline lovers — steep couloirs at over 40°.
The Icelandic terrain is varied, aesthetic, playful, and is aimed at experienced to expert skiers, eager to experience an alpine adventure in an arctic setting that is unique in the world.
